Which size should I pick?

Open the size guide on any product page, or visit the Size guide page. Jeans come in waist sizes 28 to 36. Shirts and t-shirts come in M, L and XL. Our cuts are relaxed, so if you are between two sizes, take the smaller one for a regular fit and the larger one for an extra-baggy fit.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 24 hours on working days and usually arrive in 3 to 7 days across India. You get an email at every step: packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Two ways to pay. Pay the full amount online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets), or pay just Rs 200 online to confirm your order and the rest in cash when it is delivered.

Can I exchange or return?

We do not accept returns. We only exchange a piece that arrives damaged. Request the exchange from the Track order page within 2 days of delivery and describe what is wrong; we may ask you for a photo. If we cannot send a replacement, the value of that piece comes back as a store credit coupon.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel from the Track order page until the order ships. The full amount you paid comes back as store credit to use on your next order.
