Shipping Policy

Where we ship

TrenDrobe delivers across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday ship the next working day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Remote pin codes can take longer. You will get the courier name and tracking number by email as soon as the order ships.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The charge shown at checkout is final: there are no hidden fees on delivery.

Tracking

Use the Track order page with your order number and the email or phone number on the order. You can also see every order in your account.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is damaged, wrong or missing, write to trendrobe.clothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will fix it with a replacement or store credit.
