What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

We use your details to create your account, verify your login with a one-time code sent to your email, process and deliver your orders, send order updates, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to fulfil your order: Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (delivery) and our email provider (order updates and login codes).

Cookies and storage

We store your shopping bag and login session in your browser so the site works. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time by writing to trendrobe.clothing@gmail.com.

Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, login codes expire in 5 minutes, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
